Cleaning and care: dish soap and a very soft brush (like a soft tooth brush) are jewelry friendly. If the item is tarnished consider adding a Jewelers Cloth to your kit. If your item shipped with an anti-tarnish Intercept bag, use it to store the item.
Your purchase will ship ASAP. If we have it in hand, off it goes. If it requires manufacture, we will start on it as soon as humanly possible. We typically stay within a two week fulfillment time line. If we are running behind we will give you a new ETA. If the new ETA is not satisfactory we will issue a refund.
